These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jl54 platform and all associated services. By registering an account or accessing jl54, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
2.2 Jurisdiction. jl54 is licensed to provide online gaming services to players located in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time you access jl54. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jl54 complies with all local laws applicable to you.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered jl54 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

Accepted payment methods are subject to change at jl54's discretion with prior notice where practicable.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at jl54 is ₱100, or such other amount as jl54 may specify from time to time. Deposits credited to your jl54 wallet are non-refundable except in circumstances where jl54 determines a refund is warranted in its sole discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to additional documentation requirements where jl54 determines this is necessary for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance. jl54 processes standard withdrawals within the timeframes published on the platform, which may vary by payment method.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on jl54 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.5 AML Compliance. jl54 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. jl54 may request documentation to verify the source of funds for any transaction at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction delays or account restrictions.
4.6 No Third-Party Transactions. Deposits to and withdrawals from your jl54 account must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Transactions from or to third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.3 Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent jl54 bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems, or coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus structures — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.4 In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific jl54 promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl54 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the jl54 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, page layouts, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl54 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jl54 solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl54 content without prior written authorisation from jl54. Unauthorised use of jl54 intellectual property may result in legal action.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jl54 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jl54 platform, even if jl54 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2 jl54 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. jl54 will make reasonable efforts to restore service in a timely manner but does not guarantee any specific uptime or availability.
8.3 In the event of a manifest error in a game result — including software malfunction, incorrectly displayed odds, or game engine errors — jl54 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. jl54's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and that you participate in jl54 games at your own risk. jl54 does not guarantee any winnings or game outcomes.

10.2 In the event your account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, jl54 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is found to have been used for prohibited conduct, any balance may be forfeited.
10.3 You may close your jl54 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any verified outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment account, subject to applicable verification requirements.
jl54's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the jl54 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a jl54 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
jl54 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered members via email or prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority. Your continued use of jl54 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl54 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jl54 operates under PAGCOR regulatory authority, and any regulatory dispute or complaint may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
